Down here at Brocade Builders & Realtors Pvt Ltd, we’re located on the second floor on 10th Main. It’s right near Religare in Jeevan Bhima Nagar, which is always a bit of a scramble for parking. If you’re coming from Cmh Road, you have to take that turn at 4th Cross. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren’t used to them, but the view of the street from up here is alright. We spend our mornings going over paperwork and talking to people who drop by. Real estate is a lot of talking, really. Some days it feels like all we do is answer the phone and look at maps of the local area. The office is pretty small, but we’ve managed to fit everyone in. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, which is probably the most used thing in the office. It’s a bit noisy with the 490 bus route and all the cars, but you stop noticing it after a while. We aren't the type of place with a big reception or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We just try to keep things moving. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a plot or a building, and we do what we can to give them a straight answer.
