Bread Works

Bread Works is over here on Lavelle Road, specifically at number 37. It is a pretty well-known street in the city, so finding us is not too hard for most folks. We have been in this exact spot for a good while now. The building itself is a bit older, but it has some character that we like. We spend most of our time in the back where all the heavy lifting happens. You can usually smell what we are up to before you even get to the door. It gets really hot back there, especially during the summer months. We do not have a ton of space, so we have to stay pretty organized to get things done. It is just a few of us working together every day. We do not have any fancy titles or a big board of directors. We just make what we make and hope the people who stop by like it. Lavelle Road has changed quite a bit since we first arrived here. New shops seem to come and go every year, but we are still here at 37. Some mornings the delivery trucks make a lot of noise, and the neighbors don't always love that, but we try to be fast. We are not a huge operation at all. We just focus on the daily tasks. Sometimes we run out of items earlier than we thought we would, and we just have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It is honest work.
