Our office is on the 5th floor of Shivashankar Plaza, right there at Richmond Circle at number 19. If you know that area, you know how packed it gets with cars and people all day long. Being up on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a break from all that noise down on the street. We do HR consulting, which basically means we spend our time talking to people looking for jobs and companies looking for workers. It’s a lot of interviewing and checking through resumes. The plaza is an older building but it works fine for us. We have a couple of small meeting rooms where we sit down with candidates. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. The team here is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really specific reason for it. We just try to find the right person for the right spot without making a big deal about it. Richmond Circle is a good landmark, so people don’t usually get lost trying to find us. We keep our coffee machine running pretty much all day. It’s a simple operation and we like keeping things that way. No big slogans or flashy posters on the walls here, just a lot of work getting done.
