We've been here in Bommasandra Industrial Area for quite a while now. The address is 124/1&124/2A if you're trying to find the gate. Most days it is just a lot of trucks coming in and out with the various adhesives and sealants we make. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting their shifts. The office part of it is where the paperwork happens, but the real work is in the back where the mixing goes on. We don't really do much fancy stuff here, just keep the machines running and make sure the orders are ready to go out on time. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for the deliveries to get through, but we manage. If you walk around the industrial area, you'll see a lot of similar setups, but this is our corner of it. People here mostly keep to themselves and focus on the day's tasks. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours. We have a small team handling the front desk and a lot more people on the floor. It’s not a glamorous place by any means. It’s dusty and practical, exactly what you expect from a factory setting in this part of town. We just stick to our routine, handle the daily logistical headaches, and try to get home before the evening rush hits the highway too hard. That’s pretty much the daily life for us at Bostik India.
