Our factory is located at Door Number 5 in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot right near that parallel road by Skaltron. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s full of trucks and the sound of machines running. We work on industrial parts, so there’s always some grinding or assembly happening on the floor. It’s a lot of technical work, and we have to be careful with the measurements. Most of the staff have been here for a good while, so we kind of have a rhythm to how things get done. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or long meetings. We just get to the bench, look at the specs, and start the day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the inventory, but we manage to find a path through it. The area is quite dusty and loud, but that’s just life in an industrial estate. We take our breaks, talk about the traffic on the way in, and then get back to making sure the orders are filled. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the other factories that use our components. We just try to be practical and get the work out the door without making any big mistakes.
