Essae Digitronics is out in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, situated on plots 34 and 35. It’s part of Anekal Taluk, so it’s a bit of a drive from the main city center. The area is full of factories and workshops, so it feels very industrial. There’s always the sound of machines or trucks moving in the background. Our building is a big, functional space designed for the work we do. We don't have much in the way of gardens or fancy lobbies. It’s mostly production floors and a few offices for the staff. The commute can be a bit of a grind depending on the traffic on the highway, but once we’re here, we just get to work. Most of the people here have been with the company for a long time. We know the routines and we know how the machines sound when they’re running right. Lunch is usually spent in the canteen or sitting outside if the weather isn't too hot. It’s a straightforward industrial setup. We don't spend money on flashy signs or expensive office furniture. Everything here is about getting the products out the door. The dust from the industrial area is a constant battle, but we keep the inside clean. It’s a place where things actually get built and tested every single day. We are just one of many businesses in this big industrial zone, doing our part without much noise.
