Body Image Fitness Center

Body Image Fitness Center is located in Giri Nagar, over in Banashankari 3rd Stage. We are right at No.4 in the 4th phase. If you're looking for us, just find Vivekananda Park; we’re directly opposite to that. It’s actually quite nice being near the park because there’s a bit of greenery around. The gym is a local spot through and through. We don’t have a big corporate team behind us, just a few of us who keep the place going. We’ve got the standard weights, some cardio machines, and a bit of space for stretching. It’s a practical setup for the residents around Banashankari. We see a lot of people who walk over from their homes nearby. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Nobody is here to show off their expensive gear. We spend our time making sure the cables are greased and the weights are racked properly. Sometimes the music is just the local radio, and other times someone plugs in their own phone. We don't have a strict playlist. The place can get a little warm in the afternoons, but we have enough fans to keep it bearable. It’s a simple, honest neighborhood gym where you can come in, do your sets, and head home. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay for much longer, serving the local crowd and making sure the equipment stays in good shape for everyone.
