Our base is over at 13/24 HBR Layout, 3rd Cross, in the KHB Colony near Magadi Road. If you know where Jss Public School is, we are right nearby. Even though our name sounds big, we are just a group of people working hard on the ground. We deal with cargo and all the messy, heavy lifting that comes with aviation logistics. It is a lot of coordination between the airport and our office here. The phone never really stops ringing, especially when there are delays with shipments. HBR Layout is a nice area, but our work keeps us focused on the logistics side of things. We have a lot of paperwork to clear every day. It is about making sure things get from point A to point B without getting lost. We are not pilots; we are the people who make sure the stuff those planes carry actually gets to the right person. Our office is functional with lots of clipboards and schedules pinned to the walls. We have been at this for a long time, so we know the quirks of the cargo business. It is often long hours, especially when a big shipment is expected. We just buckle down and get the ground handling done. It is a lot of detail work that most people never see, but we are used to it. The proximity to Magadi Road helps us stay connected.
