Our Bangalore office for Bluechip Services International Chennai Pvt Ltd is situated in Kalyan Nagar. We are on the first floor of the SBM Building on 7th Main in HRBR Layout. It’s quite easy to find since the SBM Bank is right there. We handle a lot of international service work, which means our phones are usually ringing at odd hours. The team here is small but we stay busy. We’ve been in this building for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. Kalyan Nagar has grown so much lately with new shops and cafes everywhere. Working here means we get a lot of walk-ins asking about how to get things done abroad. It’s a lot of logistics and keeping track of different rules in different countries. We aren't a massive call center; we are just a local team trying to keep up with the demand. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and it looks a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy software to talk to people; we just prefer a regular conversation or a quick email. People come to us because they need help with stuff that’s hard to do on their own.
