Bird Electronics Pvt Ltd is located over at number 4 in the Amar Jyothi Layout in Sanjay Nagar. It’s a relatively quiet part of the city compared to the main electronics markets. Our building isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our assembly and testing work. We deal with electronic boards and small components that require a lot of focus and steady hands. You’ll usually see a few of us hunched over workbenches with soldering irons or checking things on a monitor. The layout around here is nice because there are some trees, which keeps it a bit cooler and more peaceful than the center of town. We keep a fairly regular schedule, starting around nine and heading home once the day's tasks are finished. Sometimes we have a backlog of boards to test, and the small lab gets a bit crowded. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a small team of people who know our way around a circuit. There’s always a faint smell of solder in the air, which you get used to after a while. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer phones with a fancy script. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks up. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it works for us. We just focus on getting the electronics right and making sure the orders are ready on time for our customers without much fuss.
