Our office is over in Rajajinagar, specifically at 30/4 on the 46th Cross in 4th Block. This is an old part of the city, and we’ve been working out of this area for a long time. The office feels like it’s part of the neighborhood. We have people dropping in just to say hello or to ask for advice on a small repair. We deal with property and development, but mostly we deal with people. The desks are usually piled high with site reports and local maps. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in at once. We don't really have a vision statement printed on the wall. We just focus on getting the current project finished without too many delays. Dealing with city regulations and permits takes up a lot of our time, and it’s often frustrating, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We aren't polished or corporate. We might have some dust on our shoes from a site visit, and we probably won't offer you a fancy latte. But we will give you a straight answer about your project. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the market and we’re still here, doing what we do every day. It’s honest work and it keeps us grounded in the community here. Most days are long, but we like seeing a building finally take its shape.
