Bindu Developers & Builders is located in Rajajinagar, specifically at number 30/4 in Chandkheda. It is a small place where we handle all our planning and paperwork for the building projects we take on. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who know a lot about construction. The office usually smells like coffee and old paper. We have maps of the local area pinned to the walls. People come in to talk about their land or to see how their house is coming along. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know how to build stuff. Sometimes we are at the office, and sometimes we are out at a dusty site in the middle of nowhere. Our phones are always buzzing with calls from contractors. It’s a bit chaotic but we like it that way. We don't have a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and find us working. We try to be fair with everyone and just do a solid job. The building we are in is a bit old, but it serves us well enough. We’ve been in Rajajinagar for a long time and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. It's just a local business doing local work. We often stay late talking to site supervisors about the next day’s plan and getting the materials sorted so work doesn't stop.
