Our office is situated on Palace Road in the High Point 4 building, specifically in suite 4923. Being in one of the High Point buildings means we are around a lot of other businesses, so there is always a sense of hustle and bustle in the hallways. The elevators can be a bit of a wait during the morning rush and lunch hour, so we often find ourselves chatting with people from other floors while we wait. Our space is not huge, but we have managed to fit everything we need into it. We have some large windows that let in a good amount of light, which is nice because it can feel a bit cramped otherwise. There are stacks of files and books everywhere you look because we tend to keep everything for reference. It is not the most organized looking office, but there is a system to the mess that we all understand. We have been here for a good number of years and have seen many neighbors come and go. We stay because the location is convenient for us and we are used to the rhythm of the building. We don't go in for fancy presentations or marketing gimmicks. We just sit at our desks and get on with the work that needs doing. It is a practical and honest way to spend our days, surrounded by papers and the sound of the city.
