S S Polymers

S S Polymers is located over at No. 26 on Someshwara Temple Street. We are right on the 1st Cross in Bilekahalli. It is a narrow street and things can get pretty tight when a delivery truck tries to come through. The temple is close by, so we often hear the bells and the sounds of people visiting during the festivals. Our space is mostly taken up by bags of raw plastic materials and the machines we use every day. It smells like plastic and hard work in here. We spend our days monitoring the output and making sure the heat settings on the extruders are just right. If the temperature is off, the whole batch of product is ruined. It is a lot of manual work, moving heavy sacks and loading up the finished goods for the morning trucks. Bilekahalli is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something happening outside the gate. We don't have a fancy office or a sign that lights up in neon. Most of our neighbors just know us as the polymer guys on the corner who have been here forever. We usually take our breaks sitting on the steps or heading to the small shop nearby for a quick snack. It is a simple life and the work is consistent. We don't have a marketing department, we just rely on local people knowing we do the job. The floor is always a bit dusty and the machines are noisy, but that is just the way a polymer shop runs.
