Bhumi Constructions & Developers

We’re located on the 3rd floor at klvs associates over in the Jakkur Post area, near Ratan Pole. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, which keeps us active I guess. Bhumi Constructions & Developers is mostly about managing sites and dealing with all the headaches that come with building things. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with site maps, samples of tiles, and bags of cement dust that someone brought in. We have a couple of large tables where we spread out drawings to look at them. It’s not a quiet place. There is always someone coming in from a site with mud on their shoes or someone arguing on the phone with a supplier. We don't have a lot of fancy decor. Most of the furniture is just what was available at the time. The 3rd-floor view isn't much, just other rooftops and the road below. Jakkur is growing fast, so there is always something happening outside. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. Most of the time, the team is out in the field and only a couple of us stay back to handle the paperwork. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just know how to get a structure up and deal with the local permits. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do every single day.
