We have been sitting at Jaya Chamarajendra Road 16 for a while now. It’s a busy spot. Most mornings start with the tea guy coming around and us clearing off the desks to make room for some maps and old folders. Bhoomika Shelters Pvt Ltd is just a small team of us. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or a big lobby. Usually, there’s a stack of newspapers on the chair and someone’s bike parked right out front blocking the door. People come in asking about plots or where the post office is, and we try to help out. JC Road has a lot of noise, but it’s home for us. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to folks who walk in off the street. Sometimes the printer jams when we need it most. We just keep things moving here. It’s mostly about managing the paperwork and making sure the keys are where they should be. We’ve lived in this city forever and know the streets pretty well by now. If you stop by, you might find us arguing about lunch or just filing things away in the cabinets. It is a straightforward place. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the regular work of running a shelter business in a crowded part of town. The office is a bit cramped but it works for us.
