We’ve been here at Plot No. 38 on 4th Main Road for quite a while now. Peenya 3rd Phase is where everything happens for us. It’s a busy spot, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops around here. Most days, we’re just focusing on the work at hand, making sure things get done properly without too much fuss. It isn't always quiet or clean, but that is just how an industrial area is. The team mostly knows each other well. We handle the day-to-day stuff and keep the machines running. People come by when they need something specific made or fixed. We don't really do big advertisements because folks around here usually know where to find us. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit much, but we manage. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our tools and our space. It’s about getting through the orders and making sure the quality is decent enough that nobody has to come back with complaints. We take our breaks, talk about the work, and then get back to it. It’s not fancy, just a regular place in the industrial layout. It feels right to be working in a place where things are actually being built. We just keep our heads down and do the job. We have some old chairs in the corner where we sit for lunch. Some of the guys have been here since they were young, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change.
