Working here at the Nagvara office on the Outer Ring Road means dealing with a lot of traffic every single morning. Bharat Electronics Ltd is a big name, but inside these walls, it is just a lot of us trying to get through the daily tasks. The building is easy to spot if you are driving by, though finding a good parking spot can be a bit of a headache if you arrive late. We have got different departments doing all sorts of electronic work. Some days it feels like a maze in here with all the corridors and security checks. It is not the kind of place where things happen fast, everything has a process. The tea stall right outside the gate is where most of us end up during the lunch break to talk about anything but work. It gets really bright in the afternoons because of the big windows, so we usually have the blinds down. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or making things look pretty for visitors. It is mostly about meeting the requirements and making sure the equipment is behaving. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold, and everyone wears sweaters even when it is hot outside. That is just part of the routine here. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the locals know where we are located.
