Our office is right on the Outer Ring Road in the Nagawara area. It’s a pretty busy spot with all the traffic constantly moving outside. Being Bharat Electronics, people usually have some idea of what we do, but inside, it’s just a lot of normal people at their desks or in the labs. The building is large and has that functional feel you find in most government-linked places. It isn't exactly cozy, but it's where the work gets done. We spend a lot of time in meetings or checking over technical specs. The hallways are long and have that distinct office smell. We have a cafeteria that serves basic meals, and that’s where most of the gossip happens during the lunch hour. It’s a mix of younger engineers and older folks who have been here since the start. We don't really do the whole startup vibe with bean bags or free snacks. It’s more traditional than that. The security at the gate is a bit strict, so you always have to show your ID. It can get a bit dry sometimes, dealing with all the regulations and procedures, but it’s a steady place to be. We just focus on our projects and try to keep things moving forward. Nagawara is a growing area, so we’ve seen a lot of change outside our windows over the years. We just keep doing our bit.
