Beyond Incorporation

We are based at No.83 on Bellary Road in Ganganagar. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re on the main road. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for us. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of desks and storage. We don't really go for the sleek corporate environment that you see in some of the newer parts of Bangalore. Our walls are a bit scuffed and the furniture is a bit mismatched, but it feels comfortable. Most of our day is spent on computers or talking to people who come through the door. Bellary Road is always busy with traffic going toward the airport, so there’s a constant hum of engines outside our windows. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't really about big slogans or trying to impress anyone with fancy words. We just show up, do the tasks that are waiting for us, and try to head home on time. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a lot to catch up on, especially at the end of the month. We share a lot of meals together in the small break area we’ve got. It’s a simple way of working. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually ends up greeting people. It’s just how we run things here in Ganganagar, keeping it basic and staying focused on the daily work.
