Best Estate & Engineering Services is based out of Lavelle Road. Our office is at No.47/4, tucked away on 6th Cross. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, 560001, though it gets crowded during the work week. We’ve been here for a bit, handling different things related to estates and engineering. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get our work done and keep our files. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We don’t really do big presentations or have a team of people in suits. Most of us are just regular folks who know their way around a site or a technical drawing. Finding us is pretty easy once you’re on 6th Cross, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just try to get through the daily tasks without too much fuss. There’s always some new project or a problem to solve, which is fine by us. We’ve gotten used to the pace of this area. It feels like everyone is always in a hurry on Lavelle Road, but inside our doors, we try to keep things a bit more grounded. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, just trying to do what we do and keep the lights on. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here for everyone involved.
