Our spot is out here in Kengeri, right along Mysore Road. If you know the area, you know the traffic can be a real headache, especially during the morning rush. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done every day. We spend a lot of time at our desks dealing with all sorts of paperwork and keeping track of things. It’s pretty noisy outside with the buses and trucks roaring past, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking over each other. We get a lot of folks coming in and out, some looking for help and others just dropping things off. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, files tend to pile up on the counters. There is a small tea stall nearby where most of us head when we need a break from the computers. The light in the hallway flickers sometimes, and we keep saying we will fix it, but there’s always something else to do first. We aren’t a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a practical space where we handle what needs handling. Most of us have been working here long enough that we don’t even notice the dust on the window sills anymore. We just show up, do the hours, and keep the operations running as best we can.
