We are located at 21, BDA Layout, in the RMVII Stage area. If you know where Dollar Colony is, we are pretty close to that. Benson Services is just the name on the door. We spend most of our time here dealing with whatever service requests come our way. It’s a quiet enough part of the layout, which is nice for getting work done without too much noise from the main roads. The office is a straightforward setup. We don't have any big flashy signs or anything like that. Just a regular place where we show up and do what needs to be done every day. Sometimes the traffic near Dollar Colony can get a bit much during peak hours, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this spot for a while, so the neighbors know us. It’s a small team of us here. We handle the paperwork and the actual service work as it comes in. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a bunch of people working together in a BDA property. We keep things simple. If something needs fixing or looking at, we take care of it. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work fine for us. We like being in this part of town because it feels established and steady for the people here.
