Benaka Design House

You can find Benaka Design House over in Nagashettyhalli at number 132. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty peaceful around here, except for when the garbage truck comes by in the morning. We converted a part of the ground floor into our workspace. It’s got a big table in the center where we do most of our brainstorming and a couple of computers in the corner for the technical stuff. We aren't a big firm, just a few people who like to build and design things. Our office is full of material samples like wood pieces, tile chips, and fabric swatches that seem to migrate to every corner of the room. We don't have a set routine, every day is a bit different depending on which site needs us or what deadline is coming up. We drink a lot of tea and there is usually a bag of biscuits open somewhere. We know most of the people on the street and they often wave when they walk by. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. We just rely on doing a solid job and letting people see the results for themselves. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business and we’ve been lucky enough to keep busy doing exactly that for the last few years.
