Benaka Camera Services

Benaka Camera Services is located in the Vishnu Complex on Kamaraj Road. We are on the first floor, at number 300, right in the middle of Shivaji Nagar. It is a very active part of town with a lot of shops and people moving about. The building itself is an older one and you have to walk up the stairs to find us. Once you are inside, you will see cameras and lenses everywhere. It is a bit of a mess sometimes because there is always something being repaired or cleaned. We have bits of equipment on the counters and tools spread out. It is a real workshop feel, not a fancy retail store. We spend our days looking through viewfinders and taking things apart. Kamaraj Road is always humming with traffic and you can hear the horns honking from the window. It is a good spot for us because people can find it easily enough. The lighting in the shop is focused on the work benches. We have a small area for customers to stand while they tell us what is wrong with their gear. We are just a group of people who know a lot about cameras and we enjoy being in Shivaji Nagar. It is a practical business and we don't bother with anything that isn't necessary for the work we do every day.
