BEML Limited has a presence here in New Thippasandra. Most people around here know the name because it’s been a part of the landscape for a long time. This particular location handles a lot of the day-to-day operations and coordination. It’s not like those small shops you see on the main road; it’s a bigger setup with more history behind it. Many people who live in the neighborhood have worked here or know someone who has. It feels like a staple of the community. Inside, it’s mostly offices and functional spaces where we handle all the paperwork and planning that goes into the big engineering projects. It’s a serious place, but the people working here are just locals who take the bus or ride their scooters to work every morning. We don’t do a lot of flashy stuff. It’s about the work and getting things done right. You can see the history in the buildings and the way things are organized. New Thippasandra is a nice area, and being based here makes sense for us. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day with staff and visitors. We’ve been part of this area for decades, and we’ve seen how much it’s changed around us while we stayed pretty much the same. It’s just a steady, reliable place to be for everyone involved. We don't change much because we don't have to. The work keeps us busy enough as it is. We appreciate the local community.
