Beijing Bites

Beijing Bites has been sitting here on Parimal Garden Road for a good while. We’re located in Banashankari 3rd Stage, right at house number 20. It’s a pretty busy part of town, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’re not a huge place, just a small setup where we do our cooking. The kitchen is probably bigger than the area where people sit, but that’s just how it worked out. We spend most of our time back there chopping things up and getting orders ready. The name is easy to remember, which helps since there are so many shops around here. We don’t do much advertising or anything. Most people just find us because they live in the neighborhood or are passing through 3rd Stage. The floor has a few tiles that are cracked, and we’ve been meaning to fix them for months, but we never quite get around to it. It’s just a local spot. Nothing fancy. We have a few regulars who come in every week and we know their names. That’s the nice part of being on Parimal Garden Road. It feels like a community. We just keep our heads down and work. If you come by, you'll probably see one of us cleaning the windows or moving boxes around. We try to keep it simple and just do the work that needs doing every day at Beijing Bites. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the street gets blocked by trucks, but we stay open.
