BCADETS VENTURES is located in the Cassia block, room 306, inside the Brigade Millennium complex. This is in JP Nagar 7th Phase. Working out of a complex like Brigade Millennium is nice because it feels like its own little world. There are trees and paved paths, which makes the walk to the office quite pleasant. Our space is just a regular office unit. We’ve got our desks set up and some shelves for our files. We focus on venture work and helping businesses get their feet under them. It’s not something we shout about from the rooftops, we just do it. The atmosphere in Cassia 306 is usually pretty relaxed. We don't have a strict dress code or a lot of meetings that don't need to happen. We prefer to spend our time actually working on the projects we have on our plates. Sometimes the internet acts up or the coffee machine needs a cleaning, just like any other place. Bangalore can be a loud city, but inside the 7th Phase complex, it stays relatively quiet. This helps us keep our heads down and stay productive throughout the week. We aren't looking to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just want to do right by the people we work with and keep the business moving forward. It’s a simple approach but it has worked for us so far in this location. We just take things one day at a time.
