Our place is right there in Whitefield on 11th Main, 4th Block. It’s a big, busy space that always smells like grilled meat and charcoal. We have these grills built into the tables, so there is a lot of heat and smoke, which is just part of the experience. It gets very loud, especially on Friday and Saturday nights when people are celebrating birthdays or hanging out after work. We don't really do the quiet dinner thing. It’s more of a chaotic environment where everyone is talking and eating at the same time. The staff stays busy running back and forth with skewers and refilling drinks. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. We just work hard to make sure nobody leaves hungry. The kitchen is a bit of a whirlwind behind the scenes, but we manage to keep things moving. Whitefield is a fast-paced area, and we fit right into that. We get a lot of office workers from the nearby buildings who come in looking for a big meal. We’ve had to fix the chairs and tables quite a few times because of how much use they get, but that’s just a sign of a busy shop. We don't put on any acts. We just provide a place where you can sit down, cook your own food on the table, and have a good time without too much fuss. It’s just how we run things here. There's always a bit of ash and a lot of noise, but it's home to us.
