Our office, Bnfrank, is situated at No. 12 on the third floor of a building in Appaiah Garden. It’s on the 2nd Cross in Halasuru, which is one of those older parts of Bangalore with a lot of character. To get to us, you have to walk up a few flights of stairs since there isn't an elevator, but it’s good exercise. We have a pretty simple setup with a couple of long tables and some computers. The view from the third floor looks out over the rooftops of the neighborhood, and you can see the trees in the garden area. Halasuru is a busy place, but our little corner is tucked away just enough from the main road noise. We spend our days working on various projects, usually focused on the digital side of things. It’s a small team, so it’s never very loud unless we are all arguing about where to order food from. We have a small corner for coffee and snacks which is the most popular part of the room. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some notes we’ve pinned up. We like being in this part of town because it feels like real life, not some sterile office park. Most of the people around here have lived in the area for generations, and it's nice to be part of that.
