Bangalore Refinery (P) Ltd. is located in the industrial area at A-18, 3rd Stage, Peenya Inl. Estate. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving, and there’s a lot of machinery noise around. We’ve been here for years, and the place has a real working feel to it. It’s not an office for people in suits; it’s a place where things get refined and processed. We spend our days keeping an eye on the equipment and making sure the schedules are met. Peenya is a big place, and we’re just one of the many businesses trying to get things right. Sometimes the dust is a bit much, and the heat from the work can be intense, but we’re used to it. We don't have any polished mission statements or fancy brochures. We just focus on the output and making sure the refinery runs like it’s supposed to. Our team is a bunch of guys who have been doing this for a long time. We know the machines better than we know our own cars. When something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment. We value a solid day's work and getting the job done without complaining. It’s a tough business, but we’ve found our place here in the 3rd Stage and we plan to stay. There is always something to do, so we just keep at it until it's finished.
