We are located over in the Banashankari 2nd Stage industrial layout. If you’re looking for us, the easiest way is to find the VRL godown because we are right across from it. Being on the 9th Main and 29th Cross means there is always a lot of heavy traffic, mostly those big orange and white trucks coming and going. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the loading and unloading happening right outside our door. Our building, number 40, is pretty standard for this area—concrete floors, high ceilings, and plenty of space for whatever stock we have at the time. It’s a bit of a dusty environment, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We don’t spend much time on decorations. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the manifests to make sure the right items are going to the right people. It’s a family-run feel here even if we aren’t all related. We know the tea seller on the corner and the guys at the warehouse across the street. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a shipment is delayed or the weather turns bad, but we usually manage to sort it out. It’s just honest work in a busy part of Bangalore. We don’t have any big corporate plans, we just want to keep the business running smooth and keep our regulars happy. There’s always something that needs fixing or moving, so we stay busy.
