Down here in the Rajarajeshwari Nagar area, we run the Balc Computer and Cadd Training Institute. Our address is No.479 on Model Road, right on the second floor of the building. We are quite close to the BEML Complex, so it’s usually easy to find if you’re coming from this side of Bangalore. This part of the city is a bit quieter than the center, which we actually prefer. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and technical drawings on the computer screens because of the CADD courses we offer. It involves a lot of clicking, dragging, and zooming in on tiny details. Our office isn't anything special to look at if you're expecting luxury. It's just a functional place with decent computers and enough light to see what you're doing. Sometimes we have to remind the students to stand up and take a break because they get so stuck into their designs. We've only got a small staff working here. We handle the registrations, the teaching, and even the cleaning ourselves most days. It’s a small-scale operation. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we all just sit around and talk until the backup kicks in or the lights come back on. People come to us because they want to learn a specific skill for a new job. We don’t promise anything impossible; we just show them how to use the software.
