Our place is called Balaji Institute Of Information Technology, and we are situated at 238 R C Dutt Road in Mahalaxmi Puram. It’s a spot where we focus on tech and computers. The building has seen better days, but it’s got a lot of character. We spend our time teaching and working through different IT topics. There are rows of computers that have been around for a bit. It’s a functional space, not a high-end lounge. People from around Mahalaxmi Puram come here when they want to learn something new about software or systems. We don't use big words to sound smart; we just explain things as they are. The R C Dutt Road is usually packed with traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. It becomes like background noise after a while. We have a small area for books and manuals that people can look through. It’s a bit dusty, but the information is all there. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the subject well. We keep things pretty relaxed here. There’s no need for formal uniforms or strict rules. We just show up, do the training, and help out whoever walks through the door at 238. It’s a steady pace of work and we like it that way. No drama, just learning and fixing stuff as we go.
