Our place is tucked away at 47, 3rd Cross, in the V.H.B.C.S Layout. It’s right there on the 3rd Main, near the Pipe Line in Kurabarahalli. Mahalakshmipuram is a busy area, but our little corner feels a bit more like a regular neighborhood. BALAJI CONVERTERS CORPORATION has been running from this spot for some time now. We aren't a big corporation despite the name; we are just a local business trying to keep things moving. The building is older, and you have to mind your step on the stairs. We spend most of our time dealing with the converters and making sure the orders are packed up correctly. The traffic on the main road can be a headache sometimes, especially when we are waiting for a pickup, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate meetings. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need something. It’s a bit chaotic during the peak hours, but we have a system that works for us. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a five-minute break to catch our breath and talk. We know the neighbors, and they know us. It’s a practical way to live and work. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work at the layout, and go home to our families when the day is done.
