Balaji Autos

Balaji Autos is located on Commercial Street, right near Jain Derasar Road in Ram Nagar, at 41/40. Being on Commercial Street means it’s always busy and there is never enough parking. Our shop is filled with parts for cars and bikes, stacked all the way to the ceiling. We have shelves that are bowing under the weight of engines and gearboxes. It’s a bit dark inside because of all the inventory, but we know exactly where everything is kept. Most of our day is spent talking to mechanics and people who are trying to fix their own vehicles. We get grease on our hands from showing parts to customers, and that’s just part of the job. We have an old radio that plays local stations all day long to keep us company. We aren't a big dealership; we’re just a local parts store that’s been here for years. Some of our customers have been coming to us since their first car, and now they bring their kids’ cars too. We don't have a fancy waiting area or coffee machine. If you come here, you’re usually looking for a specific bolt or a gasket that nobody else has in stock. We just try to find what people need and get them back on the road. It’s a noisy, busy place but it’s where we feel most at home. We just take it one customer at a time.
