Bagempam Industries

Bagempam Industries is tucked away at 126/1 Kempiah Industrial Garden. We’re in Nelgadarahalli Village, which is part of the Yeshwanthpur Hobli area near Peenya 2nd Stage. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels simple to us. The industrial garden is a tight-knit place with a lot of small businesses like ours. We spend our days inside the workshop, just keeping things moving. The village vibe is still there even with all the industry around. We aren't the type to put up big billboards or anything. We just have our name on the gate and get to work. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm that doesn't need much explaining. The machines make a lot of noise, and the air smells like metal and oil most days. It’s a practical environment for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We take care of the space we have, even if it’s a bit cramped sometimes. Being in Peenya 2nd Stage means there’s always someone nearby if we need a hand or a specific part. It’s a good community to be a part of. We just focus on the task at hand and try to do a decent job every time. We are usually here until late most evenings and start again early the next day. It is a lot of work but it is okay.
