B3 Wellness Studio

Our studio is right at the Ramamurthy Nagar Signal in Banaswadi. We are on the second floor of the building numbered 705/707 in Ombr Layout. If you have ever been stuck at that signal, you have probably seen our windows. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always something happening outside. Inside the studio, we try to keep things a bit more focused. We have a decent amount of floor space for various exercises. The sunlight comes in quite nicely in the mornings. We have a mix of equipment, mostly stuff for general fitness. It is not a giant warehouse, so it feels a bit more personal than some of the other places in Bangalore. The regulars here are mostly from Banaswadi and Ombr Layout. We see people stopping by on their way home from work to beat the worst of the traffic. The floor is cleaned daily, and we try to keep the weights organized, though they do end up in piles sometimes when it gets busy. We do not have any complicated membership packages or anything like that. It is just a straightforward place to come and move your body. The staff is local and we know the area well. It is a convenient spot for anyone living on this side of the city. We have been here at the signal for a while.
