B V Narayana Swami & Company has been sitting here at 47/1 Central Square for quite some time. We’re right on Central Street in Tasker Town, which is a busy part of Shivaji Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. Our building is an old one, and it has that specific feel of a place where business has been done for decades. We don't have those glass walls or modern minimalist furniture. Instead, we have heavy desks, old filing cabinets, and a lot of history in these walls. We’ve seen the streets outside change from quiet roads to the busy hubs they are today. We keep to ourselves mostly, focusing on the accounts and the clients who have been coming to us for years. We aren't very interested in flashy advertising. Word of mouth has always worked fine for us. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or the street noise gets a bit much, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s a real working environment where people actually talk to each other instead of just sending emails from the next desk over. We don't have a big mission statement written on the wall. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever needs doing that day for the folks who visit us.
