B S P Industries is located at 329 A in the Peenya Industrial Area. We are right on 10th Cross, 3rd Main, in the 1st Stage. Peenya is a massive place, and it’s easy to get lost if you don't know your way around the crosses and mains. It is noisy and there is always something being moved around on a forklift. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is older, and it has that smell of old metal and oil that you find in places that have seen a lot of work. We do a lot of industrial manufacturing. It isn't pretty work, but it is necessary. Our team is small, just a handful of us who have learned the machines over the years. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you once they finish what they are doing. We deal with the Bangalore traffic every day to get here, which is always a struggle, but we make it work. Sometimes the rain comes down hard and we have to make sure the roof isn't leaking near the electricals. It’s just part of the daily routine. We don't talk much about "visions" or anything like that. We just look at the schedule for the day and try to get through the list of parts we need to make.
