B S Nagaraj & Associates is located at 121/142 Cubbonpet Main Road. Our office is on the 1st floor of the Om Complex Law Chamber. We are right on Hirawadi Road and directly opposite the Khamatha Hotel. This area is very central and it is always packed with people and traffic. Being in a law chamber building means there are always people in suits walking around the corridors. We have been in this office for a long time and it is filled with years of accumulated paperwork. It isn't the most organized place but we have our own system for finding things. The building itself is quite old and the hallways are a bit dark. We have to keep the lights on even during the day. It gets very loud outside with the buses and bikes on Cubbonpet Main Road. We have some old desks and chairs that have been with us since we started. There is no air conditioning so we just use the ceiling fans to stay cool. We usually get our tea from a small stall nearby and drink it while we work. It’s a very traditional and simple setup. We aren't interested in looking corporate or polished. We just want to do our work in a place that feels real and familiar. It takes us a while to get through everything each day but we don't mind the pace. We just focus on the folders in front of us.
