B R Opticians

B R Opticians is situated at 61/1 Vijaya Nagar on Sinhgad Road. It is a local shop where we spend our days helping people see a little bit better. The shop isn't massive, but we have enough room for the display cases and the equipment we use for testing eyes. Sinhgad Road is always busy, so there is a constant stream of cars and people passing by the window. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass on the displays and making sure the frames are lined up straight. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time, though it picks up a lot in the evenings when people are coming home from their jobs. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us for years, and they usually stop for a chat even if they don't need new glasses. The lighting inside is bright so people can see the different styles, but the back room where we do the repairs is a bit more cluttered. We don't have a big corporate name behind us, just our own small shop. We try to keep things simple and friendly. If a screw comes loose on someone's frames, they just pop in and we fix it while they wait. It’s just a normal neighborhood optical shop where we do our best to be helpful to the people around us.
