B M V Associates is based at 62 Cubbonpet Main Road, which is quite close to Kandaya Bhavan. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. Cubbonpet is always active, so there’s always something going on outside our door. The office is pretty simple. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders. It’s not a corporate glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace where we handle our daily tasks. Most people who come to see us are from the neighborhood or have business nearby at the government offices. Since we are near Kandaya Bhavan, it makes it easy for folks to find us after they finish their work there. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything, we just show up and do what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes the tea man comes by, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak hours, so we tell people to plan accordingly. It’s a practical setup. We know the other shop owners around here well. If you walk down the main road, you can't really miss us. We keep things pretty low-key. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to keep the paperwork moving along as best as we can.
