Our agency has been tucked into this spot for a long time. It’s not a modern glass building. It’s one of those older places that has a bit of character and maybe a bit of dust. We don’t have a big team of people in ties. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting around desks that have seen better days. We handle the paperwork and the orders as they come in. There’s no rush to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to get through the day’s tasks without too much trouble. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We don’t use any fancy marketing slogans or anything like that. We just tell people what we have and what we can do. It’s a very direct way of working. Most of our regular visitors are people we’ve known for years. We talk about our families and the weather before we even get to the business part. It makes the day go by faster.
