Ayushman Ayurvedic Theraphy Centre is over in Sahakara Nagar at No. 205 G on 10th Cross. It is actually quite easy to find if you look for the New Shanthi Sagar Hotel; we are right opposite that. Also, the Reliance Footprint is just a short walk away. This part of Bangalore is quite nice with all the trees and wider roads, but 10th Cross can get a bit jammed with cars during lunch hours. We focus on Ayurvedic therapy here. Our rooms have that distinct smell of herbal powders and warm oils that stays in your clothes. We use a lot of traditional wooden tables for the massages, which are heavy and have been here since we opened. The staff is local, and we usually speak a mix of Kannada and English with everyone. It is not a spa like you would find in a five-star hotel. It is more of a traditional center where the focus is on the actual therapy. We have a small area where you can sit while we get the oils ready. Sometimes we run late because a treatment takes longer than we thought, but we try to keep things moving. Neighbors often drop by just to ask questions or buy some basic Ayurvedic supplies. It is a relaxed environment, and we don't worry too much about being perfectly polished as long as the work is done right.
