Ayatti Alliance India Private Limited is situated at number 24. We are on 1st Main, 1st Cross in the BSM 2nd Stage area. People usually call this part Bandematta, near KS Town. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if you are coming from the center of Bangalore, but it’s a good spot. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s a functional space where we spend most of our hours. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and some chairs that have seen better days. We don’t mind, though. It works for us. The area around here is a mix of houses and small businesses. You see the same faces every morning when you arrive. We usually have a tea break at the stall around the corner. It’s a nice way to see what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big slogans. We just show up and do the tasks that are on the list for that day. It’s a small team here. We know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way to run things. We like the pace of Bandematta. It’s busy but not overwhelming. This is just our home base for the work we do. We don't make a big deal out of it, we just keep working and keep things simple.
