We've been running Avon Plastic Industries Pvt Ltd out of the Yeshwantpur Tumkur Road Industrial Suburb for quite some time now. Our place is at 2nd Stage 98, which is a busy area with lots of trucks coming and going all day. If you know the industrial suburb, you know it's not the prettiest place, but it gets the job done for what we do with plastics. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, working the machines and keeping things moving. We deal with various plastic items and the production floor is usually pretty loud and crowded with materials. It's a straightforward operation. We don’t have fancy offices or a big reception area, just the warehouse and the manufacturing space where the real work happens. Sometimes the traffic on Tumkur Road makes getting deliveries in or out a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We just focus on getting our orders out on time and keeping the quality where it needs to be. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and plastic smells, but we are used to it. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, more businesses popping up around us, but we stay focused on our own unit. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk, we just stay busy with the day-to-day tasks that come with running a plastic factory.
