AVI Solar is based on the second floor of Shanthala Plaza, which is at No. 146/4 on 8th Main in Malleshwaram. It’s a classic Bangalore neighborhood, and being on the 14th Cross means we are right in the thick of things. The building itself has been around for a while, and our office has that comfortable, slightly worn-in feeling. We spend our days working on solar energy projects, which involves a lot of technical planning and keeping track of various site installations. It’s not just sitting at desks; there’s always someone coming or going, heading out to a site or returning with a bunch of notes. We don’t go for the high-tech, modern office look. We have our old files, some sturdy tables, and plenty of space for our engineering drawings. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are just a group of people who understand solar power and want to help others use it. Communication here is pretty informal. We talk over the partitions and share snacks during the afternoon break. Malleshwaram has its own pace, and we’ve settled into it nicely over the years. We don’t do much in the way of advertising. Most of our clients come to us because they heard we do a solid job without making things overly complicated. It’s just about being practical and making sure the solar setups actually work as they should for every single client.
