Avaya Globalconnect Ltd.

We are located at No.85 on the first floor in the Venkataswamappa Layout. It’s up in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore-560097, which is a bit quieter than the city center. Avaya Globalconnect Ltd. is where we handle a lot of the technical side of communications. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their setups or trying to fix a connection that isn't working right. The office is a simple one, with plenty of cables and desks scattered around. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the address in a spot that’s easy enough to find once you get into the layout. It's a nice change of pace being in Vidyaranyapura because there is a bit more space and less of that frantic energy you find downtown. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the work we do actually holds up. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all afternoon, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We don't have a corporate script we follow when people call. We just talk like regular people and try to help out. It's a straightforward job in a decent part of Bangalore. We’ve settled in here nicely over the years and know the neighborhood well. It’s just us doing our thing on the first floor.
