Peenya Industrial Area is a massive place, and we are right in the middle of the second phase at Plot No. 39-B. If you have ever been to Peenya, you know the roads are always full of trucks and the air smells like metal and oil. Our facility is where we handle a lot of the assembly and testing for the actuators. It is a big open space with high ceilings, which is great during the cooler months but it gets quite warm in April. We have a solid crew of technicians who have been working on these machines for a long time. They don't need much direction anymore; they just get to their benches and start the day. The office part is just a few desks partitioned off from the main floor, so you can always hear the sound of the tools and the heavy lifting. We usually have our morning tea together near the loading dock while we wait for the first shipment of the day to arrive. It is a hardworking environment without any of the fancy perks you see in the city offices. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look stylish. The focus is always on the machines and getting the orders ready on time. It is a noisy, busy place, but it is home for us. We just try to keep up with the schedule and make sure everything is built right.
